A wooden storage shelf has been incorporated along the window as a homely feature. The fitout is similar in the 2-room apartments in which two persons can flat-share.

The new building project will be completed by 01.12.2023.  The apartments will be available from December 2023.

The large apartments, which can be used as a shared apartment for two students, are particularly suitable for setting up a small group of students.

The apartment building is expected to be available for rent from June 2023. All apartments are fully equipped and have their own bathroom and kitchenette in addition to the living area. In addition to the 1-bedroom apartments, there will be 2-bedroom apartments for two people as well as various shared apartments for up to four people. A learning lounge and outdoor seating area complete the offer.
